We describe our laptops as follows:

A-Grade: Excellent condition, some light signs of use.
A-2 Grade: Very Good condition, may have some more noticeable signs of use or age such as marks to casing, screen or light cosmetic scratches.
A-3 Grade: Good condition, Likely to have significant wear or scratches to casing which will be cosmetic only and not affect the performance of the laptop in any way.

B-Grade: Good condition but may have a significant scratch or minor cosmetic damage.

C-Grade: Fair condition - May have significant damage to casing or faults.
