Warranty Information for laptops sold via Ebay

DOA

All laptops sold as working have a DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty as standard.

This means that by they are guaranteed working when leaving our premises. If a laptop fails to function correctly upon its arrival with the customer then the customer must report this immediately, stating the full problem so that it can either be rectified via communication from us/sent back for replacement/a claim made via courier responsible for damage.

21/28-day RTB Hardware

Machines advertised with 21 or 28-day RTB warranty.
The warranty begins on the day of despatch, where the buyer will receive an email confirming the despatch of goods from our base. If a fault develops during the warranty period we will discuss via email/phone conversations to determine the fault and try to guide the user to a solution - we do not cover software faults by our warranty though we are happy to assist with technical enquiries as part of our customer service. Should a laptop suffer from a hardware fault during this time (not from impact damage or misuse) then the goods can be returned to us (at the buyers cost - items can be brought to our shop in Redhill, Surrey, or sent to us) for repair or replacement and we will return the item to the buyer at our cost unless collected from us. Battery is not covered by warranty.
